The standard Peak Human procedure includes a four-phase process:

Phase I: Assessment Peak Human Evaluation– Comprehensive quantitative & qualitative assessment/testing to pinpoint areas of health and recovery in need of improvement.

Phase II: Personalized Peak Human Roadmap– Creation and presentation of a custom plan of action tailored to each athletes’ individual’s needs.

Phase III: Implementation of Biohacking Strategies Interventions– Delivery of plan of action through 1-on-1 consulting, onsite/online workshops, group coaching and weekly accountability to goals and objectives.

Phase IV: Progress Tracking and Evaluation of Implemented Systems– Measurement of program effectiveness and ongoing refinement of health plans.
